Store the Data (Backup) on the SD Card

With the function Backup the data of the telephone can be stored manually or automatically.

On the SD card a maximum of 14 complete or partial backups can be stored. When exceed-
ing this number the oldest backup will be overwritten.

Instead of a complete backup of the telephone, also parts of the data can be selected for the
storage. The setting is valid for both the manual and the automatic backup.

The following ranges can be selected:

caller list (entries in the caller list)

settings (settings made in the settings menu (except restrictions))

functions (settings made in the function menu)

function keys (programming of the function keys)

calls lists (entries in the calls list)

local telephone book (entries in the local telephone book)

ringer melodies (individual melodies created with COMfortel Melody)

project number (existing project list)

restrictions (settings made in the setting menu for “restrictions”)

scheduled calls (entries in the scheduled calls list)
