Assembling the Az/El

The Az/El cap is shipped un-assembled. Follow the directions in
this section to assemble it. You should be able to assemble it in
about 2-5 min.

To assemble the Az/El cap:
1. Place the revolving plate on a flat surface. See Figure 8.
