Starting the Machine
A
Press the operation switch to make the On indicator go on.
Note
❒ If the power is not turned on when the operation switch is pressed, check
if the main power switch is on. If off, turn it on.
❒ During the warm-up period (Less than 270 seconds), you can use the Auto
Start function.

When the machine is set for user codes
A
Enter your user code using the number keys. Then press the
{{{{#}}}} key.
Note
❒ To prevent others from making copies with your user code, press the {Clear
Modes
} key and the {Clear /Stop} key simultaneously after copying.

When the Energy Saver indicator is lit
The machine is in Energy Saver mode.

The machine will return to the ready condition.
