This command sets a date and time.  Specify a date and time in the following format:

- MM :  Month (01 to 12)
- DD :  Day (day of the month)
- hh

:  Hour (00 to 23)

- mm :  Minute (00 to 59)
- CC  :  See Options.
- YY  :  See Options.
- ss

:  See Options.

z Privilege: Users with the Admin privilege

- CC :  Specify the first two digits of a year.
- YY :  Specify the last two digits of a year.
- ss

:  Specify the seconds.
