Double-click the “LAN CONNECTION” and click the “Properties” button.

Step4.

The “Local Area Connection Properties” dialog box will appear.  Verfiy that

the Internet Protocol (TCP/IP) item is checked. And then  double-click the

“Internet Protocol (TCP/IP)” item.
