Deleting a User 
Only the dealer can delete your access to Total Connect.  When a remote service account is deleted by the dealer, that 
account and all subordinate users are deleted. 
However you can delete any sub user by clicking the Delete button adjacent to their name.  
 
Alternately you can deny Total Connect access to a sub user by editing their profile by checking the “Disable Login” box.   
  
Edit Device Names 
This category enables you to edit the Device Name and corresponding device address information in

Enter the location and 
phone number for the 
selected device. 
Assign a friendly device name.  Up to 
30 characters may be used.  
From the drop-down box, 
select the device. 
Click Save.
