Confirming maintenance and maintenance display

In this device, [PREVENTIVE MNT] appears on the nor-
mal screen when Maintenance Inspection by a service
person is required.
Follow the procedure below to confirm the Maintenance
Inspection.

(1) Touch [PREVENTIVE MNT] on the normal screen.

(2) The Maintenance Inspection items are displayed.

The items with a checkmark in the box on the left needs
inspecting.
The screen on the right shows an example where an UPS bat-
tery (option) needs replacing.
PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE A:

Maintenance required each six months or
20000 sheets of film printed

PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE B:

Maintenance required every year

PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE C:

Maintenance required each 20000 sheets of
film printed

PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE D:

Maintenance required each 40000 sheets of
film printed

HARD DISK EXCHANGE:

Shows replacement cycle of the hard disk
in the device.

BATTERY EXCHANGE:

Shows the replacement cycle of the UPS
battery (option).

(3) After the settings are complete, touch [OK].

Returns to the normal screen.

• When [PREVENTIVE MNT] appears on the

normal screen, check the Maintenance
Inspection item, and contact a service person.

• [PREVENTIVE MNT] will not disappear until a

service person competes the Maintenance
Inspection.
