Event Code: 400
Message:
Power-up diagnostics failure.
Severity:
Major.
Explanation:
Power-on self tests (POSTs) detected a failed FRU as indicated by the event data.
Action:
If a CTP card, fan, or power supply failure is indicated, replace the switch. Perform a data collection and return 
the CD to support personnel.
Event Data:
Byte 0 = FRU code as follows: 02 = CTP card, 05 = cooling fan, 06 = power supply assembly.
Byte 1 = FRU slot number.
