Troubleshooting
 
 
Lost Calibration Message 
 
This message may appear during an erase operation when the power is 
low, or interrupted. This can happen due to inferior batteries, or damaged 
battery cover contacts. 
 
 
 
1. 
Install 4 new batteries. 
2. 
Verify battery polarity. 
3. 
Check battery contacts. 
 
Good contact  
 
 
Bent contact 
If the contact is bent it can be gently pushed up to good position. 
 
4.   Click OK 
Proceed to erase memory as detailed on pages 29 & 30.

You can also restore buy attempting to download. 
 
This same pop-up message will ask you to Restore Calibration Values
 
Push Power Button on Penscanner FIRST Click OK.  
 
 
 
Once the values have been restored, you can scan as usual.
