  PROBLEM

         POSSIBLE CAUSE

a) Ice Cube Guide

      irregular cube      Controller Board, Spray Tubes, water system, refrigerant charge or Expansion

     Valve.
b) Spray Guide

c) Water Quality

1. High hardness or contains

1. Install a water filter or

    impurities.
