You can use the menu key to activate the following functions when 
entering the phone number:

Press the talk or speakerphone key.

 You can scroll through the list of functions that appears during the call 

and execute any of the functions shown, see page 5. The following is 
also displayed:

For internal dialling: 
The phone number and/or name of the user is displayed.

For external dialling: 
The phone number dialled is displayed.

"Insert Pause": insert a dial pause, e.g.between the prefix 
and phone number or when checking a mailbox.

"Insert TBR": (not relevant for Hicom cordless EM).

Prep. Dial preparation

•

For internal dialling: if the called party is currently conduct-
ing a call or is not answering, you can set the "CALLBACK" 
function. The called party’s mobile telephone performs an 
automatic callback call.

For external dialling: you are not allowed to conduct exter-
nal calls if "no access" appears.
