The performance-optimized 3300 Series 
gateways for residential and business 
customers incorporates world-class hardware 
design and Netopia’s field proven, 
feature-rich embedded software. A selection 
of models designed for customers from single 
home users to small networked offices share 
a common software platform for simplified 
deployment and management.
Available with either ADSL or ADSL2/2+ 
connections, and USB, Ethernet, and 802.11g 
Wi-Fi LAN interfaces, all models feature 
integrated ADSL or ADSL2/2+ modems, and 
the 4-port models have managed switches. 
All include Netopia’s hallmark routing and 
security.
3300 Series gateways can be configured to 
automatically “phone home” to the service 
provider upon first connection to the network 
for automated service provisioning. This also 
streamlines inventory management through 
use of a common hardware platform that can 
be customized upon activation.
The Wi-Fi equipped models feature Netopia’s 
powerful 3-D Reach

 Extreme Wi-Fi technology 
for superior wireless range, performance, and 
coverage, with improved network robustness. 
Support for Wi-Fi Multimedia (WMM) assures 
advanced QoS for wireless delivery of VoIP 
or video.
High-value VoIP, IPTV, and triple-play service 
delivery is assured through the following

  Broadcast-quality video and crystal-clear 
voice are delivered using Netopia’s VGx 
QoS technology paired with advanced 
multi-level queuing and packet 
prioritization mechanisms. 
  Services from different providers can be 
delivered concurrently to multiple TVs or 
devices, while maintaining service quality 
and rapid channel changing through 
support for TR-101 and IGMPv3. 
  Video-on-demand features like fast 
forward, pause, and rewind are enabled via 
RTSP support. 
3300 Series gateways support the DSL Forum’s 
TR-069 specification for comprehensive 
remote manageability, including centralized 
remote provisioning, troubleshooting, and 
management.
