ValueLoader DLT VS80/DLT VS160 Tape Autoloader User Manual

Press the 

 button. The LCD screen indicates whether you are 

about to turn Autoload Mode on or off.

Press the 

 button to accept the change to Autoload Mode or 

press 

 to exit and not save the changes.

Updating Firmware

Quantum has the files and instructions necessary to update drive and 

ValueLoader firmware via SCSI. Refer to 

 for details.

Regardless of the firmware update technique, DO NOT 

POWER CYCLE OR RESET THE AUTOLOADER 

DURING THE UPGRADE PROCESS. Doing so could 

cause the ValueLoader to become inoperable.

After a firmware update, the firmware revision displayed 

on the LCD is not updated until the ValueLoader is power 

cycled.
