Fuse Blocks—120VAC Control Voltage
Two fuse blocks, located in the center rear of the main control cabinet protect the main
control transformer. Each fuse block holds a 5 AMP fuse. The fuses are marked 1FU and
2FU on the electrical schematic.

To Replace the fuse:
1.
Disconnect power to the machine at the main service switch.
2.
Flip the tab on the top of the fuse block to open the block.
3.
Remove the 5 AMP fuse and replace with another 5 AMP fuse.
4.
Close the fuse block and turn the main power on.
5.
DO NOT INCREASE THE FUSE SIZE.
Motor Overloads
Overloads are located inside the control cabinet. Each 3-phase motor has an overload and
an auxiliary switch that breaks the 120VAC power to its associated motor contactor.
