7-1 Setting the Sleep Timer 

The sleep timer allows your LCD TV to automatically enter Standby after a given amount of time. 
You can set the sleep timer using your remote control. 

TO SET THE SLEEP TIMER USING THE REMOTE CONTROL 

1. Press the TV button. 

2. Press 

the 

SLEEP button. The sleep timer 

appears on the screen. 

3. Press 

the 

SLEEP button one or more times to 

select the time you want. 

4.  The Sleep Timer screen will automatically 

disappear after ten seconds. Your sleep 
timer is now running in the background. 

 
 
 
 

TO TURN OFF THE SLEEP TIMER 

Press the SLEEP button repeatedly until Sleep 
OFF appears.
