7. Appendix

To install User Supportware 3 to the PC to which User Supportware 2 has been introduced,
uninstall User Supportware 2 and then install User Supportware 3.
If you install User Supportware 3 without uninstalling User Supportware 2, the following situation
may occur depending on the application.

■ Viewer PPT Converter 3.0

The names of install folder and program menu are not updated.
In addition, because the item names in [Tools] menu of PowerPoint are not updated, two tool
bars are registered.  Use the program as it is with reading the menu titles in this document and
help file corresponding to the actual indications or uninstall and then re-install the software.

■ PC Control Utility 3.0

The names of install folder and program menu are not updated.
Use the program as it is with reading the menu titles in this document and help file corresponding
to the actual indications or uninstall and then re-install the software.

Also refer to the description of troubleshooting in the help function of each software program.
