clients.

The wireless network is not activated.
WAN
Green
On
The N4100 has an Ethernet connection with another 
device (such as a broadband modem) through this 
port.
Blinking
The N4100 is sending/receiving data through this 
port.
Off
The N4100 does not have an Ethernet connection 
through this port.
