If a Previous Version is Installed
If you have a previous version of CardScan on your PC, you may have to do
the following:

Uninstalling CardScan
The following procedure removes CardScan software from your hard
drive. It does not remove your contact files.

If running Windows 2000, Windows NT, Windows XP, or later, log on
with administrator privileges.

→Settings→Control Panel. The Windows Control Panel
dialog appears.

Double-click Add/Remove Programs, select CardScan from the list of
programs, and click Remove. The InstallShield Wizard appears.

Follow the InstallShield Wizard to uninstall the CardScan software.
If you have been using a Palm device, you should exit and restart
HotSync Manager after uninstalling CardScan.
Converting Files Created with Earlier Versions
When you try to open an old CardScan file, you are prompted to convert it.
Once converted, a file cannot be opened by an earlier version of CardScan.
