Step 5. (Optional) Install and connect the Northstar 490 Echo 

Sounder. For instructions, see the 

 (part number GM491).

Step 6. Connect the 957 to ship’s power, the 2201 or 2701, and 

optionally, the 490—see ”Wiring the 957” on page 13.
