1. Press the STAR key until you display the SETUP MENU

screen, then press the CHART INVENTORY key.

2. At the CHART INVENTORY screen, press the HCRF SPE-

key.

3. At the HCRF CHARTS screen, press the REMOVE ALL

 key. 

4. At the DELETE ALL HCRF CHARTS/PERMITS? dialog

box, press the YES  key.  Caution!  Before  proceeding,
remember that this step deletes all HCRF information,
including all charts and permits, from the 961.

5. At the ARE YOU SURE? dialog box, press the YES key

(once you press the YES key, you’ll only have a very brief
opportunity to stop the deletion process by pressing the
STOP

 key; if you don’t, the 961 will continue to delete all

charts and permits). 

After deleting all charts and permits, the DELETING ALL
HCRF dialog box displays the total number of charts and
permits that the 961 deleted.

6. Press the CONFIRM key to return to the HCRF CHARTS

screen.
