 Troubleshooting Guide
Symptom
Possible causes

The power does not
turn on.
The camera suddenly
powers down.
The image is not
captured when the
shutter button is
pressed.
The flash does not fire.
Cannot transfer files
over a USB connection.

Load new or fully charged batteries.
Load the batteries in the correct direction.
Close the battery cover correctly.
* Set the option of Auto Shut Down to Off.
* Turn the power back on or charge the
batteries.
*
Toggle the T  / MODE button to
the camera mode.
Transfer the desired files to your
computer and then delete unnecessary
files, or use a different memory card.
Select a different flash mode.
Press the 
T
 / MODE and switch to
the camera mode.
Check all connections.
Install the USB driver on your computer.
Turn on the camera.
The batteries have run out.
The batteries are not oriented correctly.
The battery cover is not closed properly.
The function of Auto off in  setup menu has
