Make sure the paper type setting matches the paper loaded in the tray:

From the printer control panel, check the Paper Type setting from the Paper menu.

Before sending the job to print, specify the correct type setting:
For Windows users, specify the type from Print Properties.
For Macintosh users, specify the type from the Print dialog.

If the bookmark pointing to the form was created in a subfolder of the Bookmarks folder, it will not be available
under the Forms solution. Delete the bookmarks, and recreate them under the Bookmarks root folder.

LOCATION
Verify that the form resides in the correct network location. The printer will not validate the location that the
bookmark points to. As a result, if the URL or network location that was specified when the bookmark was created
is incorrect, the printer will not be able to access the document.

troubleshooting steps you have already taken to find a solution.
You need to know your printer model type and serial number. For more information, see the label inside the top
front cover of the printer. The serial number is also listed on the menu settings page.
