The Range function (press [

]) allows you to specify the number of keys to which each MIDI
channel will respond. This is ideal for creating splits (e.g., bass on the lower keys, piano in the
middle, and strings in the upper octave).
Lower Limit (MIDI note 000 to 127/ C-2 to G8)

Specifies the lowest note of the Program's range. You can set the lower limit when you're on this
page by holding the [

] button and tapping one of the keys.
If you set the low limit above the high limit, you'll be able to play that Program at the lower and
upper ends of the keyboard, but not in the middle between the two limit settings.
