The BizTouch 2 telephone comes equipped 
with a message waiting light. If you have 
new messages, it lights up.

When you pick up an extension, the Bizfon 
announces how many new messages you 
have in your mailbox.

You can configure the Bizfon to page you 
when you have received a voice mail. To 
activate this feature:

1. Pick up any BizTouch telephone exten-

sion and press the SETTINGS button. If 
using a non-BizTouch telephone, press 

 

to enter Settings.

2. Dial your extension number, or 

 for 

this extension.

3. Enter your password, if required, then 

press 

.

4. Press 

 

for the Additional Settings 

menu.

5. Press 

 to go into Pager Notification 

setup.

6. Follow the prompt to enter the pager 

number correctly. 

7. By default, just your extension number is 

sent to your paging service as the mes-
sage. If you need to send a PIN or other 
information, you can do so by pressing
