Staple
Use this function to staple sheets of printed paper together.
Important
❒ When stapling, use the finisher option. See General Setting Guide or Printer
Reference.
The following table shows where you can select this function.
Note
❒ The stapling location might differ depending on the orientation of the ma-
chine set in the printer and the orientation of the data to be printed. For de-
tails, see Printer Reference.
Punch
Use this function to punch holes in the printed documents.

❒ When punching holes, use the finisher option. See Printer Reference.

depending on the type of finisher, the original's orientation, and the printing
