iPod screen frozen

Press and hold the MENU and 

select (center button) until 

Apple appears on the screen

Your remote control only works 

with the Eos base station, it 

will not control the remote 

speaker’s power or volume 

Control.

iPod not charging

Check to see the iPod is firmly 

seated in the dock. Remove 

and replace the iPod in the 

dock, you may need to do this 

a couple of times
