Telephones and fax machines are 

frequently needed where there is no 

telephone connection. This means a

great deal of installation work that has 

to be carried out for new home offices,

for example. A modern, cost-effective

and flexible alternative to cabling is the

wireless tiptel easyBOX.

The tiptel easyBOX uses the advantages

of the GAP standard that is supported by

many manufacturers of modern wireless

telephones and is registered like an 

additional mobile handset. The device

(telephone, fax etc.) connected to the 

tiptel easyBOX is thereby given wireless

access to external connections for free

internal* calls to other mobile devices

logged into the base station. It is not

important whether the DECT base station

is operated on an analogue or an ISDN

connection. If the latter, then the wired

telephone not only becomes wireless, it

is also made ISDN compatible!

The tiptel easyBOX 5000 has been 

especially developed to bridge larger

distances. You connect an external

antenna that can be set precisely to 

a professional DECT system (such as 

the tiptel DECT-Z 500) and to repeater

solutions. While the tiptel easyBOX 300

provides a range of between 50 and 

300 m, under ideal circumstances 

the tiptel easyBOX 5000 has a range 

of 5,000 m.
