13. BBC MECHANICAL ADJUSTMENT
13.1 Magnetic corrugating bars (for machines with Tag 5)
The magnetic corrugating bars improve stacking of curled sheets and reduce jams
during ejection of thin booklets with curl.
The magnetic corrugating bars supplied with the machine, can be used for books less than
45
mm thick or curled light paper.
13.2 Compiler top guide (baffle d) adjustment
By using both screws (

), adjust the Compiler top guide (

)
position so that it is not in contact with the baffle below.
Lower the thin paper guide (

) to improve stacking of the
curled sheets.
