•  The first operation is to power up the machine by turning the on/off switch to the ON1 

position. 

•  Next press the 

 icon at the bottom of the graphical interface screen to begin warming 

the glue tank.

• Wait for the glue to reach the correct temperature.

The first time the machine is used, it must be configured according to the operator's 

preferences - the configuration can be modified at any time.  

Options such as the language and units of measurement used can be defined. 

These settings are described in detail, see chapter 

Before binding, you must first:

•  Program the job using the graphical interface - see chapter 

•  If necessary, place the covers in the cover station - see chatper 

cover station", page 73.

The machine is now ready to use. You can begin a gluing cycle.

•  Place the paper to be glued in the carriage jaws, and allow it to vibrate, closing the jaws 

gradually using the pedal or the green button.

•  Begin a gluing cycle:  - withdraw your hands outside the loading area,

 

- press the green button in the loading area twice.
