ADVANCE Cloud Portal is a cloud-based service designed  
specifically for compatible imageRUNNER ADVANCE  
devices and users of Google Drive™. Setup is simple and  
the application is available for free. 
This unique service enables users to easily access  
their Google Drive account right from a compatible  
imageRUNNER ADVANCE device. ADVANCE Cloud Portal  
provides a consistent and user-friendly interface across  
supported devices, promoting quick user adoption. 
In addition to providing access to your cloud content,  
ADVANCE Cloud Portal itself resides in the cloud, not  
on the device. This means easier installation and automatic  
updates of the application across your entire fleet of  
imageRUNNER ADVANCE devices. 
Print Options
Easy Access
Accessing your Google Drive account is easy and familiar.  
Just click on the ADVANCE Cloud Portal icon from the Main 
Menu of your imageRUNNER ADVANCE display panel, and  
the Google Drive log-in page appears. Simply log in to your 
Google Drive account using your username and password,  
just as you normally would from your desktop or laptop.  
Quick Cloud Print 
From the Google Drive Menu, you can view your existing folder 
structure and files in your Google Drive account. To print, first 
click on the file desired, choose the amount of copies needed, 
and whether to print single- or double-sided. When you’re ready 
to print, just click the “Print” button, and you’re done.

Simply Scan to Cloud
Uploading hard-copy documents to the cloud is easy with 
ADVANCE Cloud Portal. Now you can simply scan a document 
using your imageRUNNER ADVANCE device and quickly store 
it in your Google Drive account. Just click on the “Upload”  
button from within ADVANCE Cloud Portal, choose your  
scanning options, place your document into the feeder,  
and hit the “Scan” button.
