The System Information page displays.

> Management Security > Enable Password.

In the Password field, type the password.
Passwords are a maximum of 64 alphanumeric characters.

In the Confirm Password field, type the password again, to confirm that you entered it
correctly.

Click the Apply button.
The updated configuration is sent to the switch. Configuration changes take effect

Configure a Line Password
To configure a line password:
1.
Launch a web browser.
2.
Enter http://<ipaddress> in the web browser address field.
The login window opens.
3.
Enter the user name and password.
The default admin user name is admin and the default admin password is blank, that is,

Click the Login button.
The System Information page displays.
5.
Select Security
> Management Security > Line Password.
