LLDP-MED Network Policy
This screen displays information about the LLPD-MED network policy TLV transmitted in the 
LLDP frames on the selected local interface. 
To view LLPD-MED information:
1. 
Select System > LLDP > Advanced > LLDP-MED Network Policy
2. 
From the Interface menu, select the interface for which you want to view information.
The following LLDP-MED network policy information displays:
Network Policy Number. The policy number.
Application. The media application type associated with the policy. Only the Voice 
application type is supported. The application type that is received on the interface 
has the VLAN ID, priority, DSCP, tagged bit status, and unknown bit status. This 
information is displayed only if a network policy TLV has been transmitted.
VLAN ID. The VLAN ID associated with the policy.
VLAN Type. Specifies whether the VLAN associated with the policy is tagged or 
untagged.
User Priority. The priority associated with the policy.
DSCP. The DSCP associated with a particular policy type.
LLDP-MED Port Settings
Use this screen to enable LLDP-MED mode on an interface and configure its properties. 
To configure LLDP-MED settings for a port:
1. 
Select System > LLDP > Advanced > LLDP-MED Port Settings
2. 
From the Port list, select the port to configure.
3. 
From the LLDP-MED Status list, enable or disable the LLDP-MED mode for the selected 
interface. Default is enable.
4. 
From the Notification list, select Enable or Disable to specify whether the port must send a 
topology change notification if a device is connected or removed. Default is enable.
5. 
From the Transmit Optional TLVs list, select Enable or Disable to specify whether the 
port must transmit optional type length values (TLVs) in the LLDP PDU frames. Default is 
enable. 
If enabled, the following LLDP-MED TLVs are transmitted:

Extended Power via MDI: PSE
