FTPS Integration
FTPS is a secure version of the FTP file transfer protocol that allows you to transfer files
between computers on a network. You can upload and download files from your Stora using
FTPS. FTPS provides secure access to your MyLibrary folders. If your account has access,
FTPS also provides secure access to the FamilyLibrary folders. The router needs to forward
port 21 to Stora. This is set up automatically if the router has UPnP enabled.
Note:
On Premium subscriptions, FTP and FTPS access are linked. If you
disable FTP access, you also disable FTPS access. If you enable
FTP access, you also enable FTPS access.
To enable FTPS:
1.
Select Go To > Preferences > Server Preferences > Network Services
2.
Set Enable FTP access to your local LAN and Enable FTP access to the Internet to
Yes.
To connect locally using FTPS:
Browse to ftps://<Stora IP Address>
.

You can get the IP address of Stora by right-clicking Stora Agent icon, selecting
Preferences, and clicking the Home Library(s) Found tab.
To connect remotely using FTPS:
Browse to ftps://<Stora Name>.myStora.com
The user name and password are case-sensitive.
