View the SMS Message Inbox
The inbox summarizes the SMS messages received.
To view the inbox:
1.
Launch a web browser from a computer or mobile device that is connected to the network.
2.
Type http://www.routerlogin.net.
A login window opens.
3.
Enter the modem router user name and password.
The user name is admin. The default password is password. The user name and password are
case-sensitive.

The BASIC Home page displays.
4.
Select ADVANCED > Advanced Setup > SMS Message.
Your inbox displays.
Compose a New SMS Message
To compose a new SMS message:
1.
Launch a web browser from a computer or mobile device that is connected to the network.
2.
Type http://www.routerlogin.net.
A login window opens.
3.
Enter the modem router user name and password.
The user name is admin. The default password is password. The user name and password are
case-sensitive.

The BASIC Home page displays.
4.
Select ADVANCED > Advanced Setup > SMS Message.
Your inbox displays.
5.
Click the New button.
The page adjusts.
6.
In the To field, enter the phone number or email address that you want to send the message to.
7.
In the Message field, enter your message.
8.
To erase any information you entered in the Message field, click the Clear button.
9.
To send your message, click the Send button.
Your message is sent.
