SHORTEST PERIOD ALLOWED BY LAW. SOME STATES AND PROVINCES DO 

NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS ON HOW LONG AN IMPLIED 

WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS LASTS, SO THE ABOVE
