Before you start the Paris Conversion Manager, place the JDL files and all the
associated resource files (PDE, CME, FRM, FNT, IMG) into the Paris/USR
directory of your Paris system.

Before starting the Paris Conversion Manager, if you have the Paris Designer
open, close it down!

The Paris Designer should not be active when starting the Paris Conversion
Manager. Both the Designer and the Conversion Manager use common resources
(FRMs, FNTs etc.). The Conversion Manager requires exclusive access to ALL
Paris resources.
