Click on the ‘Back Up Accounting Info’ button. The Save As dialog will be 
displayed. 

Choose the path (directory, sub-directories) in which to save the file and in the 
‘File Name’ text field enter the enter the file name with the file extension 
‘.txt’.

The file is saved as a comma delimited text file.

Click on the ‘Export Current Items To XML File’ button. A pop-up dialogue 
will be displayed. 
 

 

Choose OK. The items will be exported into a XML format file in the 
Paris\Spl directory as ‘accounts.xml’, which can  be opened in your web 
browser.

This only exports current items in the ‘Show Items’ view. To export all 

items choose filters to ‘Show All’ for ENV, printer and status and ‘Any Date or 
Time’ for date.
