System Administrator Guide 

Disabling the System Administrator Password 

Reset 

1.  In CentreWare Internet Services, click 

Properties > Security. 

2.  Under Password Policies, click 

Admin Password. 

3.  Click the 

Reset Policy tab. 

4.  Under Password Reset Policy, click 

Disable Password Reset. 

5.  Click 

Apply. 

 

 

If you disable the password reset feature, and forget the administrator password, you 

must schedule and pay for a Xerox representative to visit your company and reset the password.
