Accessing Usage Profile Reports
Usage Profile reports provide information on many aspects of printer usage, such as ink or toner used,
number of pages printed, and paper types used.
Before you begin:
To send Usage Profile reports, configure MaiLinx. For details, see
Configuring MaiLinX
on page 44.
To access Usage Profile reports:

In CentreWare Internet Services, click Jobs.
2.
Click Usage Profile Reports.
3.
Select an option.

View, print, or email the Usage Profile Report.

To send to multiple recipients on a regular interval, set up the recipients on the User Profile
Properties page, then select
Send Regular Interval Reports.
