In this release, the Cisco Unified MeetingPlace H.323/SIP IP Gateway sends re-INVITE messages to
maintain information about the availability of the other caller and to close audio server ports if the other
caller is unavailable for a time period longer than the value of the Session-Expires parameter. It also
handles different MinSE parameters when contacting the other caller to use the optimal value of the
Session-Expires parameter for the other side.

Redundant Gateway Configuration
Added support for two redundant voice gateways (for SIP) or H.323 gateways (for H.323) in the Cisco
Unified MeetingPlace H.323/SIP IP Gateway configuration, for a total of three gateways that can be
specified.
