After all nodes have been activated, log in using CTC or Telnet ( an

Step 16
Remove all MS-SPRing lockouts using the following TL1 command:
RLS-PROTNSW-<STMN_TYPE>:[<TID>]:<AID>::[::<DIRECTION>]; 
where:
<AID> identifies the facility in the node to which the switch request is directed.
<CTAG> is the correlation tag that correlates command and response messages (optional).
<DIRN> is the direction of transmission (transmit or receive). The possible values are:
RCV—Receive direction only (default)
TRMT—Transmit direction only
BTH—Both transmit and receive directions
For example:
RLS-PROTNSW-STM16:PETALUMA:FAC-6-1:209::BTH;
