MeetingPlace Functionality Settings
The MeetingPlace Functionality Settings section allows you to
control which MeetingPlace scheduling parameters are displayed
on the Calendar Entry form.

Changing any of these settings will automatically update the
Calendar Entry form for all users associated with this mail

Hide Meeting Password Field. Prevents users from assigning a
password to the meetings they schedule. Because a meeting ID is
already associated with all meetings, a password is not needed
