meetings—by using the Frequency and # of Occurrences parameters in the
Schedule tab. (Recurring meetings cannot be scheduled using the telephone

Rescheduling Recurring Meetings
Users can reschedule a recurring meeting and apply the change to a single
meeting in the chain or to all future occurrences of the meeting. Because port
availability and meeting ID conflicts may prevent certain meetings in a chain
from being rescheduled, MeetingPlace enables users to view any scheduling
conflicts that would occur as a result of the rescheduling request. After
viewing the results, the user can commit to the changes or cancel the
rescheduling process. The following figure displays the dialog box that
appears whenever a user reschedules a recurring meeting.

Deleting Recurring Meetings
After a recurring meeting has been scheduled, MeetingPlace enables users to
delete a specific session of the recurring meeting or the entire recurring
meeting chain.

Note: This is different from MeetingPlace’s System Manager
Agents feature, which prompts schedulers with a reminder
notification when there has been a pre-set number of no-show
recurring meetings. For more information on how to configure
System Manager Agents, refer to Chapter 4.
