From the pull down menu, select Receive Call from a MeetingPlace 
Server (see Figure 8-10). 
 
Note: If you do not see the Receive Call from a MeetingPlace 
Server option, your user profile needs to be changed to allow 
you to schedule multiserver meetings. To change your user 
profile, refer to Enabling User Profiles for Multiserver 
Scheduling
 on page 191.

From the Server Name pull down menu, select the primary server, and 
then click Add.

When you have finished adding the participants and primary server to the 
meeting, click Schedule Meeting.

If any other secondary servers need to be scheduled, log in to those 
servers and repeat the steps above. 
Part 2: Schedule a meeting on the primary server

Log in to the MeetingPlace system that will be the primary server.

Open the Register Book, and click the Schedule tab.

Fill in the meeting details. Make sure to use the same meeting ID, date, 
and start time that you used when scheduling the secondary servers, and 
add any attachments if necessary.

In the # of Calling Sites parameter, include the number of secondary 
servers that will be involved in the meeting. For example, if three people 
from different locations will call into this primary server and you have 
scheduled two secondary servers, make this value 5.
