Although you can change any voice prompt in the system, you should limit 
the voice prompts you change to those that greet callers or that provide 
specific telephony access instructions. Changing any of the prompts related 
to system features could confuse users. 
Table 0-4 lists the prompts that you may want to change and provides 
examples of how you might alter the wording. Use this list to decide whether 
to change any of the prompts.
