Fixed: CPU usage is 100% when an HTTPS server requests a client certificate after an SSL 
handshake 
Previously, the CPU usage was 100% because the Web Proxy entered an infinite loop after an 
HTTPS server requested a client certificate after the SSL handshake. This no longer occurs, and 
instead the Web Proxy returns a gateway timeout error. To prevent the gateway timeout error, 
create a custom URL category and define a Decryption Policy to pass through transactions in the 
custom URL category.  [Defect ID: 53901]
