Important: The link that appears in your meeting item is for meeting hosts only. The link
that appears in attendees' invitations is a different link, which attendees can select to join

To start a scheduled meeting from the WebEx menu in Outlook:

In Microsoft Outlook, select WebEx.

On the menu that appears, choose Start a Scheduled Meeting.
The Start Scheduled Meeting dialog box appears and displays a list of
meetings you have previously scheduled.

Select the meeting you want to start.

Select Start.
Your meeting starts and the Meeting Manager window opens.
Starting a meeting from your WebEx site
To start a meeting from your WebEx site:

In Microsoft Outlook, select WebEx.

On the menu that appears, choose My WebEx.
