Cisco 7200 Series Security Bundles 

Cisco 7200 Series bundles enable customers to order a Cisco 7200 Series Router with all 

of its components using just one part number. This provides enterprise and service 

provider customers with easy-to-order solutions to meet their WAN/MAN edge services 

aggregation networking needs. 

Cisco 7200 Series Security bundles include:

Cisco 7206VXR Router 

●

 

Cisco Network Processing Engine (depending on the bundle, either a NPE-G1 or NPE-G2) 

●

 

Cisco IOS

®

 Software Advanced Security feature set (the feature set can vary, depending on 

the bundle) 

●

 

Security service adapter 

●

 

AC power supply 

●

 

Processor memory (SDRAM) and flash memory (PCMCIA flash or compact flash) 

Table 1 provides an overview of the current Cisco 7200 Series Security bundles.

Note:  

  All Cisco 7200 Series bundles come by default with an AC power supply (part number 

PWR-7200) and a power cable, except the CISCO7204VXR-DC and CISCO7206VXR-DC 

bundles, which come by default with a DC power supply (part number PWR-7200-DC+).
