You cannot delete the system user group.
Procedure
Step 1
Log in to the Administration Center.
Step 2
Select User Configuration > User Groups.
Step 3
Search for the user group that you want to delete.
Step 4
Check the check box in the same row as the user group that you want to delete. You may select multiple
user groups.
