Pull down the add schedule list and see that there are two additional pre-defined schedules- 

Lunch and Working Hours. You may find define additional schedules or modify the times of the pre-
defined schedules under Web Filtering  Management  Schedules. When finished, click Create 
Rule. Verify web redirection to the cloud.
